Do I have to pay a fee for First Appointments/Consultations?No, the first half hour of a first appointment/consultation is free-of-charge, as this is the time we use to find out if we can "link" you with what you are looking for. 2. How do you charge for your services?After the first half hour of a first appointment/consultation when we find that we can "link" you with a specific program or educational service, we will discuss your acceptance of any possible service fees. 3. Is extending a Student Visa in Canada a part of your services?Yes, we can assist with extending your Student Visa, however Can-Be-Link service fees will largely depend on whether or not it has expired already or not as different procedures will be involved. 4. Is finding an English class or ESL or TOEIC or Business English a part of your services?Yes, we can assist with recommending some quality language schools in Vancouver and then later-on accompanying you to visit the schools you have interested in. If you are interested after viewing the campus, we can arrange a Free Trial lesson before you make your final decision. 5. Do you only assist International Students?No, we assist all nationalities - Canadian and Permanent Resident Students as well. 6. My English is not very good, do your staff speak any other languages?Yes, other than English, our staff can assist students in the following languages as well: Mandarin, Cantonese, Indonesian. 7. Can CBL help with Homestay services and other accomodation?Yes, for budgeting purposes please note that it may cost between $500-$800 per month depending on the location of the homestay and what other facilities will be included (example: meals). Please contact CBL for more information. 8. If I am a full-time college student would I be eligible for a off-campus work permit?Unfortunately, the answer is No. Off-campus work permits are only available to students working towards a Bachelor's degree at a government subsidized university. To-date this is what is outlined by the Canadian Government. |
